 Jewelry Care

These pieces are all handmade works of art and should be treated with great care.  Stones may chip or shatter if dropped.  Apply make-up, hairspray, lotions, and perfume before putting on your jewelry.  Take off jewelry before bathing, swimming, and physical activities.  All jewelry is shipped in ziploc bags containing an anti-tarnish strip, I recommend storing your jewelry the same way it is shipped.  Keep out of reach of small children.


 Jewelry Cleaning

 The sterling silver will tarnish over time (some people enjoy a tarnished look as it gives the piece a vintage feel) and may be cleaned using a simple polishing cloth, however do not use a jewelry polishing cloth on stones or pearls within the piece due to the anti-tarnish chemicals in the cloth which can damage porous beads.  Never use conventional jewelry cleaning baths; the chemicals may be too harsh and can damage pearls and some stones also.  A soft dry cloth may be used to clean all handmade pieces (dampened if necessary).  Do not soak or “wash” handmade jewelry.


Returns

No returns unless there is damage during shipment.  If an item is damaged in shipping please contact me within 3 days of your receipt of delivery via email for a refund or repairs.  The damaged item must be returned via U.S.P.S Priority Mail, Fed Ex, or UPS in a bubble wrap mailer with the original shipping materials and all jewelry parts intact.  Ashel Cole covers return shipping costs.

 

Custom work

If a piece you are interested in is sold or not quite what you were looking for you may contact me with a request for a similar piece or duplicate if possible.  Prices may change depending on jewelry details, availability, etc.

*** Brides!!!!  Custom jewelry is a great addition to any bridal party (for you, your brides maids, mothers, etc.)   They will appreciate this thoughtful gift from you and think of your happy day every time they wear it.***

 

Repairs

Please contact me with any repair needs.  I would be happy to repair a piece you purchased from me that has broken for a flat rate of $20 if all beads and findings are intact and undamaged.  Please make sure to save all the beads of your broken jewelry due to the fact that many and most beads are not replaceable or are not available anymore. If you do not have all the beads I may not be able to fix it for you.  If parts are missing or damaged I will provide you with a quote for replacing items if possible. Before returning item, please contact me with your information including original invoice. Items sent back for repairs must be returned using United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS. To prevent damage, the item must be shipped in a padded or bubble-wrap type mailer. If components are damaged from improper shipping, goods will not be accepted and will be returned to you as I received it and no repair will be done. 


Shipping

All jewelry is shipped via U.S.P.S Priority Mail in a bubble wrap mailer and a kraft brown paper box to ensure safety.  All orders are accompanied by free Delivery Confirmation.  Items will be mailed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.  Orders totaling less than $50 have a flat shipping charge of $3.99.  If you require faster service please email me before making your purchase and I will try to accommodate your needs.
